How to improve performance of an Employee
Following are the points to get optimum result from the employee.
1. Employee should be trained on every standard period. So that they can match with the upgraded technology, knowledge and skills.
2. Employee should be engaged with the responsibilities on which he or she is best. For example Driver should be engaged with driving not with cooking. Sales Employee should be more focused on sales and not with data management.
3. Job expectations with the employees are not set by the employer before hiring.
4. Salary offered is not competitive with the other competitors.
5. Career Growth is not defined and not clearly specified to employees.
